Lynn Roberti OT. Reg. (Ont) is an Occupational Therapist and Assistive Devices (ADP) Authorizer with over 30 years clinical experience in seating and mobility . Lynn is the owner and operator of Mobility Possible, a company providing Occupational Therapy services, including private home mobility, seating and safety assessments to clients in the Peel, Halton and West GTA communities since 2013.
We partner with our clients, along with Peel, Halton and West GTA community vendors and contractors. Together, we provide mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers) and assistive devices (bath chairs, bedrails) or home modifications (install grab bars, ramps, stair lifts) to improve your independence and safety.
At Mobility Possible we strongly believe in our client’s safety and independence with daily activities both in the home and community. We partner with clients and their caregivers to obtain custom mobility devices (walkers, manual & power wheelchairs ) improving client safety and independence. We assess you in your home environment for safety, and provide education about ways to enhance quality of life. We can provide recommendations for home modifications and connect you with Home Medical Equipment vendors in your community. Together, we make mobility possible!
Occupational Therapy private home safety and mobility assessments are completed to determine client specific equipment needs and support services.
Partnering with clients and their selected vendor, we custom fit walkers or wheelchairs and seating components to client's needs. Education on device use and maintenance is also provided.
Assistive Devices Program (ADP), mobility device (walkers, manual & power wheelchairs) funding application assistance is available to clients who fall under the ADP eligibility criteria.
Lynn Roberti is an Occupational Therapist and ADP authorizer with over 30 years clinical experience in seating and mobility. She has specialty Neuro skills (NDT) in stroke, ABI and adult rehabilitation.
Lynn has provided seating and mobility (wheelchairs) and pressure management workshops to a wide variety of allied health professionals at local universities, hospitals, Long term care facilities and provincial conferences. She is the co-author of a poster on "Inter-professional Collaboration for Bariatric Patient Care" presented at OSOT provincial and CAOT National conferences.
